Greek Cupcakes With Feta And Spearmint

This recipe of homemade cupcakes with feta and mint is an easy, delicious recipe, which I think fits perfectly the summer season, since it is a snack that you easily take with you everywhere. The combination of the flavors is simple but strong. After all, it is about homemade bread with feta cheese, garnished with mint or oregano.

Homemade Cupcakes With Feta And Mint

200 gr. yogurt

250 gr. feta

500 gr. all purpose flour -shifted

250 ml. olive oil 3 eggs

mint/ oregano some pepper

* Preheat the oven at 180*C fan set and add cupcake cases in a cupcake pan. Mix in a bowl the eggs with the olive oil, add the yogurt and keep mixing. Add the flour and mix with your hands. Add the mint or the oregano and some pepper and spread it well around the mixture. Leave the dough to rest for 15 minutes. Make small balls with your hands and place them in the cupcake cases. Bake for 15-25 minutes, depending on the oven.
