The simplest snack of all times, yet one of the most delicious dishes you could create. I consider it an all seasons Greek style recipe that you can find in most Greek taverns and at the same time you can add it to your Christmas/ New Years Eve table. Talagani cheese is really unique.
Talagani Grilled Cheese with Fig Marmelade
1. Two talagani cheese pieces
2. Fig Marmelade
4. Olive Oil
* Grill the cheese in a pan with some olive oil for about 3 minutes per side. Cut in preferred shape. Serve with some fig marmelade and breadsticks of your choise. Note: You can use any type of marmelade instead.
